Acceptable Use & Abuse
Effective 30 June 2026
Pagedrop hosts content from anyone, so a clear line on what is allowed keeps the service safe for everyone. This Acceptable Use Policy is part of our Terms of Service.
Not allowed
- Phishing & deception — fake login pages, brand impersonation, or anything designed to steal credentials or money.
- Malware — viruses, trojans, drive-by downloads, cryptominers, or exploit kits.
- Copyright/trademark infringement — see our DMCA policy.
- Illegal content — including child sexual abuse material (zero tolerance; reported to authorities and removed immediately).
- Harassment, hate, or incitement to violence.
- Spam & scams — including link farms, pill/financial scams, and unlawful goods.
- Abuse of the platform — attempts to bypass limits, attack the service, or use it as a generic file-dump/CDN at scale.
How we respond
We review reports and may disable or remove offending sites, often within hours for clear cases. Some content is automatically held for review at publish time (for example, suspected phishing). We may preserve relevant records and cooperate with law enforcement where appropriate. We do not require an account to publish, but abusive networks may be rate-limited or blocked.
Report a site
Found something that breaks these rules? Tell us — include the site link and what's wrong. Reports are reviewed promptly.
