Terms of Service

Effective 30 June 2026

Pagedrop ("Pagedrop", "we", "us") lets you publish static files and websites and share them at a public link. By uploading to or using Pagedrop you ("you", "the user") agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. The service

Pagedrop hosts static content (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, images, fonts, PDFs and similar). It does not run server-side code. Free sites carry a small Pagedrop badge and expire after a period of inactivity; paid plans add capacity and features as described on the pricing page. We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time.

2. Your content and responsibility

You retain ownership of what you upload. You are solely responsible for your content and for having all rights necessary to publish it. By uploading, you grant Pagedrop the limited licence needed to store, process, and serve your content to deliver the service.

3. Acceptable use

You may not upload, host, or distribute content that:

  • infringes anyone's copyright, trademark, or other rights;
  • is phishing, malware, deceptive, or impersonates a person or brand;
  • is unlawful, harassing, hateful, or promotes violence;
  • is sexual content involving minors (zero tolerance — reported to authorities);
  • distributes spam, scams, or unlawful goods or services;
  • attempts to attack, overload, or circumvent the service's limits or security.

Our full acceptable-use policy and reporting channel are on the abuse page.

4. Enforcement

We may remove content, disable a site, or terminate access at any time — with or without notice — if we believe these Terms or the law have been violated, or to protect the service and its users. We may also act on valid DMCA notices and abuse reports.

5. Paid plans and billing

Paid plans are billed through our payment processor. Prices are shown at checkout. You can manage or cancel a subscription from your dashboard; cancellation stops future charges and does not refund the current period unless required by law.

6. Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pagedrop is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or content. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be reflected by a new effective date. Continued use after changes means you accept them.

8. Contact

Questions about these Terms, or reports of abuse, can be sent through the report form or to abuse@pagedrop.app.
