DMCA / Copyright Policy

Pagedrop respects intellectual-property rights and responds to clear notices of alleged copyright infringement under the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and similar laws. We will remove or disable access to infringing material and may terminate repeat infringers.

Reporting infringement (takedown notice)

If you believe content hosted on Pagedrop infringes your copyright, send a written notice that includes all of the following:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature.
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
  3. The exact Pagedrop URL(s) of the material you want removed (e.g. https://pagedrop-web.pages.dev/s/<slug>/...).
  4. Your name, address, telephone number, and email.
  5. A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the owner, its agent, or the law.
  6. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.

Send notices via the report form (reason: "copyright") or by email to abuse@pagedrop.app. We act on valid notices promptly, typically within a few business days, and may immediately disable a site using our kill-switch where warranted.

Counter-notice

If your content was removed and you believe that was a mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice including: your signature; identification of the removed material and where it appeared; a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief it was removed by mistake or misidentification; your name, address, and phone number; and your consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate court. We may restore the material if the original complainant does not pursue legal action within the time allowed by law.

Repeat infringers

Accounts or sites associated with repeated infringement may be terminated.

Designated agent

Copyright notices should be directed to Pagedrop's abuse team at abuse@pagedrop.app. Knowingly making a material misrepresentation in a notice or counter-notice may subject you to liability for damages.
